We had a record field of 47 players take part in our Seniors/Vets competition today, including a 20-strong contingent from the Cooroy Golf Club organised by Grant Smallcombe. Dennis Brown carded an impressive net score of 64 to take the win by just a shot from the ever-improving Joe Walters under tutelage from Don Portway! The following pack was tightly bunched behind with no less than five scores of 69 contesting for third which eventually went to Geoff Smith on the countback from Gary Dallyn, Bill Reynolds, Liz Mellish and Dave Nielsen!
