The autumn weather was perfect for our Mixed Foursomes Tournament generously sponsored by John and Robin Hay and contested by a field of 10 teams.

Captain Marg Trigger teamed up successfully with Garth Bailo to card a score of 125 off the stick (net 107) to win the gross honours by 2 shots from Robin Hay and Blake Wellington on 127 (111.25).  Toni Bishop and Mal Ewing came Third with a score of 132 (123.5).

Our esteemed Superintendent Mick McCombe teamed up with Seri Tytherleigh and successfully exploited his intimate knowledge of the greens to secure net honours with a score of  106 – denying Marg and Garth a clean sweep by a shot. Robin aand Blake had the third best net score of 111.75.

Anne Devane and Richard Clayton were Fourth with a net score of 122, followed by Toni and Mal 123, Liz Mellish and Richard Owen 124, Sue Hardy and Rob Bailo 124.5, Christine and Don Lemon 125, Pauline Fraley and Geoff Smith 128.25 and Karen Heading and John Hay 137.5.
